Hi, I'm Sally!

Sally Goldberg, CPNP, PMHS is a pediatric nurse practitioner who specializes in Adolescent Medicine. She is currently enrolled at the University at Buffalo Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program and is completing her Psychotherapy Rotation at Christine Knorr Psychotherapy Associates during the Fall 2022 semester. During her time with us, Sally will provide comprehensive assessments, individual therapy, parent guidance, patient education, group therapy, and meal support.  

For thirteen years, Sally worked as a nurse practitioner in the School Based Health Program at New YorkPresbyterian Hospital. There she worked with a small, interdisciplinary team that was housed in various middle and high schools throughout Northern Manhattan. The team collaborated with school staff and faculty as well as parents and families to provide care to the youth who attended these schools. Sally earned her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Yale University in 2005 and a Bachelor of Arts fromSaint Mary’s College in 2000. She is certified through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board as a Pediatric Mental Health Specialist (PMHS). Sally currently practices at Boston Children’s Health Physicians in Hawthorne, NY. 

Sally is a warm and empathic provider. Her areas of clinical interest focus on adolescent mental health
and eating disorders. She looks forward to providing sensitive and dynamic therapy at
Christine Knorr Psychotherapy Associates this semester.
